WELCOME

By booking or using services provided by Mr. Limo Texas Transportation LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All reservations require advance payment to secure the booking.

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized booking channels.

  • Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Mr. Limo Texas Transportation LLC.

  • Accurate information, including pickup and drop-off locations, times, and passenger count, must be provided at the time of booking.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other approved methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund.

  • Refunds are available only if the cancellation is due to our fault or if the client cancels within the specified timeframe.

  • Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes within 48 hours of the service may not qualify for a refund.

4. Service and Conduct

  • All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our chauffeurs and other passengers.

  • Smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

  • Mr. Limo Texas Transportation LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules.

5. Liability

  • While we prioritize safety and comfort, Mr. Limo Texas Transportation LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

6. Accessibility

  • We strive to accommodate passengers with special accessibility needs. Please notify us in advance to ensure proper arrangements.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
